UserCrowd Review 2026: Get Paid for 60-Second Design Opinions
UserCrowd pays for 10–60 second UX tests — click tests, preference tests, design feedback. We tested it. Honest review: earnings, payout speed, and verdict.
UserCrowd is not a survey site --- it is a micro UX testing platform. Instead of answering survey questions, you complete tiny usability tests: click where you would expect to find a button, choose which design looks more trustworthy, or recall what you saw after viewing a website for 5 seconds. Each test takes 10--60 seconds and pays $0.10--$0.50.

What We Liked
Tests are genuinely interesting A "5-second test" --- view a webpage for 5 seconds, then answer what you remember --- is more engaging than a 15-minute consumer survey. Click tests and preference tests feel like quick games rather than work.
Extremely fast per-task format Each test is 10--60 seconds. You can complete 10--15 tests in a single 15-minute session. The rapid-fire format keeps you engaged and makes the time pass quickly.
No screen-outs If a test is available to you, you are qualified. No pre-screening, no disqualifications mid-test. The time efficiency is excellent.
What Could Be Better
Low per-test pay caps total earnings $0.10--$0.50 per test means 30 tests might earn you $5--$10. That is an okay hourly rate ($8--$12/hour if you are fast), but the total available test volume limits monthly earnings to $20--$40.
$10 minimum and inconsistent availability Combined with variable test flow (some days 20+ tests, other days 3--5), hitting the $10 threshold can take 1--2 weeks. A $5 threshold would match the platform's offering better.
No mobile app A dedicated app for 10-second UX tests would be perfect for mobile dead time. The web-only experience misses this opportunity.
Verdict
UserCrowd is the most enjoyable micro-task platform on this list. The UX tests are quick, interesting, and never feel like traditional survey drudgery. But the low volume and $10 minimum keep it a supplementary earner. Use it alongside Crowdtap for micro-task variety.
